11Residential is a property management company focused on residential multifamily communities in the Western United States. We are seeking a Renewal Specialist to remotely manage lease renewals across our portfolio and to own processes from outreach through signed leases.

You will partner with site teams to resolve resident concerns, refine retention strategies, and support leasing across multiple properties.

Competenze

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven success in leasing and resident retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across phone, email, and text.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with rapport-building ability.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and lease renewal practices.

Mansioni

• Manage high-volume outreach with timely renewal communications and follow-up.
• Write and plan clear communications to promote renewals and retention.
• Collaborate with site teams to address resident concerns and needs.
• Support revenue management by applying renewal pricing guidelines.
• Track renewal activity, notices to vacate, and move-out reasons.
• Assist leasing across properties by managing prospects, tours, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate resident records and renewal documentation.
• Share feedback to improve retention strategies.
• Ensure communications comply with Fair Housing rules and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
