Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Financing Operations Manager to support post-close financing across construction debt portfolios and related workstreams. You’ll turn complex financing requirements into clear, repeatable processes and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Portfolio Operations to keep financing operations on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Legal Studies, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing conditions precedent checklists, closing workflows, and recurring reporting in high-volume environments.
• Ability to interpret credit agreements and translate requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards for trackers, data rooms, document packages, and reporting materials.
• Maintain accurate borrowing checklists and readiness trackers to advance funding on time.
• Coordinate financing-related certification and compliance documentation across teams.
• Document and refine SOPs, RACIs, and playbooks for scalable financing operations.
• Support reporting, process improvement, and priorities as the portfolio evolves.
