Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Portfolio Operations Specialist to own the real estate and field execution spine of our distributed generation portfolio. You will handle landowner communications, leases, easements, and ESA workflows to keep projects finance-ready, from late-stage development through construction to operations.

The role is hybrid based out of our Boston office, requiring coordination with internal teams, landowners, and counsel to mitigate risk and protect project value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in real estate, development, or operations.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows with internal teams, landowners, and counsel.
• Experience in real estate, land development, or renewable energy project support is a plus.
• Familiarity with landowner notices, easements, and recording processes is a plus.
• Exposure to Phase I ESA, environmental due diligence, or permitting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for landowners across projects and manage records.
• Coordinate lease notices, easements, and related instruments for permitting and financing.
• Track site control, easement status, and project checklists; identify gaps and risks.
• Support real estate tax filing by gathering docs and tracking deadlines.
• Manage Phase I ESA workflows from requests to final reports and reliance letters.
• Maintain trackers and drive process improvements with leadership and teams.
