Job summary

Nexamp in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Financing Operations Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. You will drive timely fundings across construction debt, permanent debt, and tax equity portfolios, translating requirements into repeatable workflows and owning conditions-precedent tracking.

Collaborating across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, and Development, you will ensure audit-ready deliverables, lead documentation efforts, and support lender/investor inquiries with precise,

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project finance operations, loan or closing operations, portfolio operations, or similar roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Experience tracking funding conditions precedent and coordinating reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Translate financing requirements into repeatable workflows and lead borrowing readiness, documentation, compliance deliverables, and portfolio reporting.
• Coordinate across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Commercial and Development for accurate, timely fundings and audit-ready materials.
• Own conditions precedent tracking and borrowing representations across facilities and portfolios; ensure clear ownership and progress tracking.
• Maintain deal and portfolio trackers, data rooms, and document repositories for lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead financing-related certifications, insurance deliverables, and compliance support; serve as primary contact for assigned portfolios.
• Manage notices, estoppels, waivers, collateral assignment documents, and reporting packages with Legal and external partners.
• Lead tranche and contract documentation review and lender-facing reporting across portfolios.
• Surface risks early and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
