Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Real Estate & Title Operations Specialist to support real estate and title matters for project financing. You will coordinate with Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners to keep financings moving and resolve issues that could affect closing timelines.

You will be hybrid from our Boston office, reporting to the Director, Financing Operations. You’ll own readiness tracking, review title and survey documents, and drive cross‑functional

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience with real estate, title, or property transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent transactions with accuracy and legal integrity.
• Ability to influence internal teams and external partners to drive compliant outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across departments to meet complex transaction requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete and accurate real estate requirements for project financing.
• Serve as the primary liaison for title and real estate issues, reviewing title commitments and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive resolution of title defects by coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
• Identify risks that could delay funding and help drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Communicate clear next steps to Portfolio Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support timely delivery of packages.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration among Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners.
• Review real estate and title documentation with a high degree of accuracy and alignment to standards and investor expectations.
• Own real estate financing‑readiness tracking across projects, monitoring status, dependencies, and required next steps.
• Track and report progress on deliverables using internal systems and databases.
• Represent Nexamp with lender counsel, title companies, and financing partners.
• Help standardize and improve real estate and title workflows, templates, trackers, and playbooks.
