Job summary

Nexamp, a Boston-based clean energy company, is hiring a Financing Operations Manager to support post-close financing across construction debt portfolios and related streams. You will translate complex financing requirements into repeatable processes, enable timely fundings, and ensure strong lender reporting.

You’ll work with Director, Finance Operations and partners across Legal, Accounting, Asset Management, and Portfolio Operations to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in project/financing operations or related roles.
• Experience managing conditions precedent checklists and closing workflows.
• Ability to translate complex financing requirements into actionable team workplans.
• Strong project management, organizational, and documentation discipline.
• Ability to coordinate across Finance, Legal, Operations and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality standards for trackers and reporting materials.
• Maintain borrowing checklists and readiness trackers for funding.
• Coordinate documentation for certifications and IRA/ITC-related items.
• Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and handoffs across stakeholders.
• Document and refine SOPs, RACIs, and playbooks for repeatable operations.
• Support reporting and process improvement for evolving portfolios.
