Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex software and networked systems.
• Create, resolve, and maintain tickets within SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Provide responsive support during assigned shifts and on-call periods.
• Document issues and actions taken to ensure historical ticket data integrity.
• Track time daily and complete daily tasks and projects.
