Job summary
Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex technology-driven initiatives from planning through delivery and post-implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, manage schedules and budgets, and keep stakeholders aligned on scope and risks.
You will translate technical details into clear updates for executives, support governance and release planning, and drive delivery through PI planning and program-level coordination across enterprise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years managing technology projects.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.
- Experience leading Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives with integrated plans and release timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Agile teams, engineers, product and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and quality expectations are met.
- Forecast resources, budgets, and delivery constraints with transparency.
- Communicate status to business partners and executives clearly.
