Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through delivery, release, and post-implementation transition. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies while ensuring governance and transparent project health across programs.

This role serves as the primary liaison to stakeholders and executives, guiding Agile delivery, PI planning, and dependency management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree as required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital technology initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate when needed.
• Maintain governance, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide status reporting and updates to executives.
• Support release coordination and production transition.
