You will partner with HR and leaders to ensure competitive base and variable pay, job architecture, and pay bands with in-depth data validation and policy guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation program analysis and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, math, or finance; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influential with presentations.
• Advanced MS Office experience including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and management of base and variable pay programs.
• Audit jobs and prepare descriptions reflecting responsibilities and requirements.
• Own market analysis and survey management for competitive positioning.
• Guide salary changes related to promotions, transfers, and relocations.
• Lead annual compensation cycles including base pay, bonuses, and equity reviews.
