MyEyeDr. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead analytical support across compensation programs including base pay, short-term incentives, and equity reviews.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity while maintaining confidential data practices. The role involves managing job architecture, pay bands, and survey tools, as well as leading annual compensation cycles and producing HR insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs; including experience working with job architecture and multiple surveys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, regression analysis and complex formulas.

Responsabilités

• Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of MyEyeDr.'s compensation programs and job architecture.
• Lead annual compensation processes, including base pay, short-term bonuses, and equity reviews.
• Manage survey tooling and market analysis to position pay competitively and ensure equity.
• Audit jobs and prepare descriptions reflecting responsibilities and requirements.
• Provide recurring and ad-hoc HR reports and analyses; support budget and forecasting as needed.
