Job summary

Canadian Solar Germany is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the development and execution of energy storage projects. You will help establish project management and procurement processes, track submittals, coordinate client interfaces, and ensure smooth information flow between customers and project teams.

The role requires a technical degree, 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, scheduling proficiency with MS Project, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, visual).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project; scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement and project management teams with coordination of project activities.
• Support development of project plans and communications documents.
• Develop and track project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate vendor commitments and relationships.
• Provide clear project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage documentation flow between customer, project team, and suppliers.
• Support subcontractor scheduling and daily operations.
