Job summary

Canadian Solar is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project Implementation and Operations team in the US (Arizona/Texas). The role involves coordinating development and execution of energy storage projects, maintaining project management and procurement processes, and ensuring timely documentation and communication with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and visual).
• Solid organizational and time management skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist procurement and project management teams with coordination of project-related activities.
• Assist the project manager in developing project plans and communications documents.
• Develop project schedules and milestone tracking.
• Support vendor management and relationships.
• Provide clear project status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate document flow for submittals, reports, invoicing, and vendor submittals between customer, project team, and suppliers.
• Travel to project sites as required and coordinate subcontractor schedules.
• Identify critical paths and assist with process improvement initiatives.
