Job summary

Candidate will guide the billing team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing to clients while coordinating with attorneys and accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Strong legal billing experience with hands-on Aderant expertise.
• 2–3 years of Aderant experience preferred.
• Experience with eBilling and LEDES 1998B files.
• Previous billing management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to train others and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to billing team members.
• Train colleagues on Aderant and billing workflows.
• Prepare, review, and process client bills per billing requirements.
• Support electronic billing, including BillBlast and LEDES 1998B.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and submission issues.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to complete billing on time.
• Strengthen billing processes after the Aderant implementation.
