Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering ILT and virtual training.
• Able to work with SMEs/Supervisor to learn the business.
• Knowledge of adult learning delivery methods and principles.
• Knowledge and understanding of LMS (Proficient).
• Ability to troubleshoot and use video editing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to conduct thorough research to uncover insights.
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work with deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers both virtual instructor-led and instructor-led training.
• Uses trends and post-learning evaluation to improve content and delivery.
• Contributes to development and maintenance of training materials.
• Partners with coordinators to schedule training courses.
