Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a Training & Development Specialist on a 12-month contract in the Maryland/DC area. The role blends in-person and remote delivery, partnering with HR to design, deliver, and evaluate programs.

You will manage multiple training initiatives, develop materials, and coordinate vendors to ensure timely outcomes. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in L&D, strong facilitation and communication skills, and experience with LMS and AI tools in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related fields.
• Experience facilitating trainings and sessions for groups.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs from start to finish.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops.
• Partner with HR and internal teams to identify training needs.
• Manage training projects from intake through delivery and evaluation.
• Create presenter materials, facilitator guides, and communications.
• Coordinate program logistics, invites, reminders, and analytics.
• Track attendance, feedback, and training completion.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with vendors for day-to-day coordination.
• Support LMS administration and event planning as needed.
• Assist with employee listening surveys and related initiatives.
