Job summary

Care Advantage is hiring a hybrid/remote Learning Management System (LMS) and Credentialing Manager to own Care Academy and ensure RNs, LPNs, and CNAs maintain valid licenses and required training. The role partners with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams to meet compliance deadlines while managing enrollment, access, and system issues.

The successful candidate will oversee licensing renewals, track certifications, and report training completion weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience with a learning management system (LMS) in a healthcare or home care setting preferred.
• Experience with clinical licensure, credentialing, or compliance tracking is a plus (RN, LPN, CNA).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Clinical, HR, and operations teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a distributed, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Academy LMS platform as administrator.
• Serve as single point of contact for enrollment, access, and issues.
• Collaborate weekly with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams on training needs.
• Recommend and administer a ticketing system for course requests.
• Distribute weekly training completion reports to stakeholders.
• Support compliance and credentialing needs, including licensure renewal and maintenance.
• Ensure RNs, LPNs, and CNAs maintain active licenses where they work.
• Track BLS certifications for all applicable team members.
• Submit weekly completion data to payroll to support DOL payout.
