Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a hybrid/remote Learning Management System (LMS) and Credentialing Manager to own Care Academy and ensure every RN, LPN, and CNA stays current on licenses, certifications, and training for client safety and care compliance.

You will act as the LMS administrator, manage enrollment and access, and partner with Clinical and HR teams to address training needs, licensure renewals, and credentialing tracking.

Qualifications

• LMS experience in healthcare or home care settings.
• Knowledge of credentialing, licensure renewal, and audits.
• Ability to collaborate with Clinical, HR, and operations teams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Academy LMS platform and act as system administrator.
• Manage enrollment, access, and troubleshooting requests.
• Coordinate training with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams.
• Maintain license, certification, and training records for staff.
• Generate weekly completion reports for stakeholders.
• Support compliance and credentialing across states.
