Job summary

Liveops is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the learning platform, learner accounts, courses, and certifications. The role blends LMS administration with Learning Delivery Analyst duties, offering both technical and operational learning support.

You will configure curricula, run reports, assist with certification programs, and deliver engaging training activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with LMS administration and learning operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot learner, content and system issues.
• Experience creating and delivering LMS reports and analytics.
• Experience supporting certification programs and virtual learning.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS including learner accounts, courses, curricula, and certifications.
• Configure and organize courses, manage assignments, enrollments, and completions.
• Provide learner support and deliver LMS reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate virtual learning sessions and learning delivery activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate learning requirements into LMS configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with technical teams to resolve problems.
