Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a full-time, hybrid/remote Learning Management System (LMS) and Credentialing Manager. You will own Care Academy, ensuring RNs, LPNs, and CNAs stay licensed, certified, and trained to keep clients safe and compliant.

You will serve as the primary LMS administrator, coordinate with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams, and manage licensure renewals, credentialing, and weekly reporting. This role blends remote work with onsite alignment as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with a learning management system (LMS), ideally in healthcare or home care.
• Experience with clinical licensure, credentialing, or compliance tracking is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Care Academy platform relationship as our LMS administrator.
• Serve as the single point of contact for enrollment, access, and system issues.
• Collaborate weekly with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams on training needs.
• Recommend and administer a ticketing system for course requests.
• Distribute weekly training completion reporting to stakeholders.
• Support compliance and credentialing needs, including licensure renewal and maintenance.
• Ensure RN, LPN, and CNA licenses are valid in the states where they work.
• Track BLS certifications for all applicable team members.
• Submit weekly completion data to payroll to support DOL-compliant payout.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience with a learning management system (LMS), ideally in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Experience with clinical licensure, credentialing, or compliance tracking (RN, LPN, CNA credentials a strong plus).
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Clinical, HR, and VBC teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through on outstanding documentation.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to a distributed team.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid / remote, full-time position. Occasional extended hours may be required to meet weekly and monthly compliance deadlines. You should be comfortable with the physical demands of a typical remote desk role.
