Job summary

Daymark Health is seeking a hands-on leader to own licensing and credentialing as we expand into new states. You will manage licensing strategy, multi-state pathways (MD, DO, NP, RN), and payer credentialing, ensuring timely applications, renewals, and enrollment.

This role touches Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Cycle. You will design scalable workflows, lead a small specialist team as the function grows, and align licensing with go-live dates while staying compliant across

Qualifications

• Hands-on licensing and credentialing across multiple states.
• Familiarity with interstate compacts (IMLC, NLC, APRN Compact) and FCVS.
• Experience with Medicare enrollment via PECOS (855I/855B/855R) and CAQH.
• Ability to design scalable licensing/credentialing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-state licensing roadmap aligned with Daymark's launch timelines.
• Manage licensure applications and renewals to completion.
• Lead payer credentialing including CAQH profiles and PECOS.
• Determine Medicare enrollment strategy and MAC jurisdiction decisions.
• Build scalable processes and lead a small specialist team over time.
