The role will drive delivery outcomes with a hands-on, high-performing engineering culture, reporting to EMAC leadership and aligning with FRAMOS after the acquisition. The position supports flexible work arrangements with remote work and monthly onsite presence to foster collaboration and leadership activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in embedded environments.
• Strong background in hardware/software integration and system-level development.
• Experience delivering end-to-end customer-driven projects.
• Ability to lead hands-on while driving strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional hardware and software teams with full accountability for delivery and quality.
• Allocate resources across projects based on skills, priorities and timelines.
• Ensure high-quality execution with reviews, verification and standards adherence.
• Maintain hands-on engineering contribution including design problem-solving and debugging.
• Own project delivery milestones and reduce rework.
• Coach and develop team members, including hiring and onboarding.
• Drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement in processes and tools.
• Establish strong documentation and knowledge sharing practices.
• Support customer interactions and act as escalation point for technical topics.
• Align EMAC engineering practices with FRAMOS while staying responsive to customers.
