Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in ARM or MCU-based embedded processing design.
• 3+ years in people leadership (team lead or manager).
• Strong in embedded processor design and debugging with RTOS/Linux tools.
• Understanding of hardware design related to MCUs.
• Excellent English communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical interface supporting Renesas MCU/MPU and Connectivity products.
• Define and implement sales strategy with Sales for embedded processing at accounts.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend products and solutions.
• Mentor a team of FAEs across embedded processing and analog/power portfolios.
• Lead resource allocation and performance reviews, ensuring accountability.
