American National Insulation is seeking a Commercial Business Manager - Estimator to drive growth on commercial insulation projects. You will build trusted customer relationships, prepare bids and manage contracts from sale to completion.

The role combines sales, estimating and project management in a hybrid remote setting with substantial travel (>50%). Onboarding emphasizes in-office time, training, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Estimating, or Project Management in the construction industry.
• Proficient use of On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid Software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service from sale to completion and support project management as needed.
• Identify prospective customers and engage leads to drive sales and proposals.
• Prepare bids, proposals and contracts; coordinate with PMs and field teams.
