Job summary

American National Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to prepare material and labor cost estimates and direct margin expectations.

You will manage commercial and multifamily projects with architects, owners, and general contractors to offer value engineering and address design challenges. You will coordinate procurement, create CAD drawings, verify quantities, and respond to design questions while supporting sales with accurate estimates and change orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Preferred prior experience in quote and estimate creation.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project procurement documents including material and labor cost estimates and scope.
• Manage commercial and multifamily projects with architects, owners and general contractors.
• Coordinate procurement with general contractors and other trades.
• Work with sales to design configurations and generate estimates.
• Create CAD drawings of proposed design.
• Verify estimates contain correct products and quantities.
• Recommend design changes and incorporate customer requests.
• Review estimates with sales for data accuracy and charging of components.
• Modify estimates per requests.
• Provide estimates on change orders for current projects.
• Respond to questions regarding estimate and design details.
