Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Commercial Business Manager - Estimator to build trusted client relationships, prepare project estimates, bids and proposals, and support the project management team. The role requires field travel and a strong sales mindset.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in sales, estimating, or PM in construction, proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• 3–5 years of Sales, Estimating or Project Management in construction.
• Proficient with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid; MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Preferred: experience in framing, insulation, firestopping, waterproofing, expansion joints, sealants.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service from sale to completion, including project management.
• Identify prospective customers and engage with leads to drive sales.
• Proactively sell proposals using structured follow up and strategic proposals.
• Provide product expertise to customers.
• Meet division targets for proposals and closing ratios.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors’ products.
• Conduct sales calls, prepare proposals, and manage accounts.
• Participate in bidding, pre-construction, budgeting and project planning.
