Job summary

RWS Insulation Services is seeking a proactive Sales Representative / Commercial Estimator to join our Indianapolis team. You will manage commercial insulation projects from proposal to completion, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant installations while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, insulation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of insulation systems, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the insulation market.
• Conduct blueprint takeoffs and analyze project plans to develop accurate estimates and support proposal development.
• Conduct detailed cost estimates of residential, commercial, and/or industrial insulation projects.
• Prepare and present proposals and technical solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and proper resource allocation.
• Stay informed on insulation industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
