Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Experience with databases and data entry.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience in an office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transcript requests (single and batch).
• Validate and clean data: demographics, academic info, FERPA holds/releases, residency status.
• Determine residency classification from student information.
• Assist with graduation services: checkout, degree audit coding, planner/scheduler support.
• Provide support for diploma provisioning and documentation gathering.
• Respond to emails and assist with registration and records questions.
• Support State Authorization compliance and licensure programs.
• Maintain excellent customer service to students, staff, and faculty.
