• Ensures internal referrals are scheduled for initial visits within 24 hours.
• Maintains professional relationships with patients, families, physicians, staff and peers.
• Follows department policies and procedures and acts as a resource for other departments and teams.
• Participates in marketing by serving as a subject matter expert for patient intake and verification.
