The role collaborates with Clinic Front Desk Coordinators, Clinic Managers, and Provider Relations, emphasizing confidentiality and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, call center, customer service, medical office, or data entry preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work in multiple electronic systems.
• Professional phone etiquette with patients, caregivers, and internal staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow workflows and escalate questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and organize incoming outpatient referrals from providers and queues.
• Enter referral information accurately into electronic systems.
• Provide call center support and route referrals to appropriate teams.
• Support communications with patients, referral sources, and clinic teams.
• Assist with departmental projects and general administrative tasks.
