Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six-month contract, with potential to extend based on performance.

This role supports the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple projects, schedules interviews across time zones, maintains the ATS, and helps with offers, onboarding, and reporting in a fast-paced, hybrid environment spanning New York, Denver, and Charlotte.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update our ATS with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes.
• Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.
• Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team.
