Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update ATS with accuracy.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve processes.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding tasks, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.
• Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates.
• Help maintain internal documentation and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team.
