Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical teams. You will identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent, partnering with hiring managers to define roles and deliver a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

You will manage sourcing, screenings, and offers, while building a passive candidate pipeline and tracking recruiting metrics. This is a hybrid, contract-based role located in NYC, Denver, or Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful recruiting for a variety of roles.
• Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, organizational skills, and ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet hiring needs across the company including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating feedback, managing candidate expectations, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles for various roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, internal databases, networking, etc.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
• As the first touch point to Judi Health, deliver consistent high-quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted strategic partner with leaders across the business, working closely with hiring managers on job description creation, identifying ideal candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain a passive pipeline of candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics and recruiting performance.
• Participate in continuous strategic talent acquisition process improvement initiatives.
