Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update the ATS with accuracy.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding, and related tasks.
• Track recruiting data and prepare hiring reports.
• Serve as main contact for candidates with timely updates.
• Help maintain internal documentation and best practices for Talent Acquisition.
