Judi Health is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage interview scheduling, keep the ATS accurate, and support hiring initiatives across the organization to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a six-month contract with the potential to extend or go permanent based on performance, with 3-days hybrid work and local to NYC, Denver, or Charlotte. Compensation aligns with local market ranges for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) is a plus.
• Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update ATS with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes.
• Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related tasks.
• Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates.
• Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team.
