Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will manage interview scheduling, keep the ATS accurate, and support hiring initiatives across the organization to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a six-month contract with the potential to extend or go permanent based on performance, with 3-days hybrid work and local to NYC, Denver, or Charlotte. Compensation aligns with local market ranges for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) is a plus.

As a key member of the team, you will help drive a seamless recruiting process, support hiring initiatives across the organization, and play an important role in attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes
• Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks
• Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus

New York, NY Salary Range

$24—$30 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range

$22—$27 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range

$20—$25 USD
