Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support the HR team in filling vacancies organization-wide in Albuquerque, NM. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding using our ATS.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR or recruitment experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient with payroll management and HRIS systems
• Must be able to travel 10–20% (occasional overnight)

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and screen applicants to determine qualifications
• Develop job descriptions and post listings on recruiting websites
• Coordinate interviews and orientations with managers
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes
• Conduct phone screenings
• Define qualifications for each position with department heads
• Attend job fairs to meet candidates
• Track candidate progress in ATS system
• Assist with events such as benefits enrollment and employee recognition
• Perform other duties as assigned
• This is a hybrid position
