Qualifications

• 1-3 years HR or recruitment experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and screen applicants to determine suitability.
• Develop job descriptions and post listings on recruiting websites.
• Coordinate interviews and orientations with managers.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Conduct phone screenings for applicants.
• Attend job fairs to meet talent.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS system.
• Support planning and execution of benefits enrollment and staff events.
