Job summary

Hybrid schedule with travel up to 20%; salary range $36,000–$40,000 per year. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR or recruiting, strong communication, and proficiency in Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred
• Bi-lingual preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or payroll systems
• Willing to travel 10-20%, occasional overnight stay

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and phone screen applicants to determine qualification
• Develop job descriptions and post listings on recruiting websites
• Coordinate interviews and orientations with managers
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes
• Conduct phone screenings for applicants
• Attend job fairs to meet talent in person
• Track candidate progress in ATS and guide through application
• Support benefits enrollment and employee events
