Kirtland Credit Union is seeking an HR Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment and HR support. The role includes onboarding, documentation, and collaborating with managers to meet staffing needs. You will manage ATS processes and ensure compliance across recruitment activities.

The position is based at our Albuquerque headquarters with a hybrid schedule after an introductory period, and offers a comprehensive benefits package within a vibrant, employee-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Three - five years of work experience in human resources, recruitment or related field.
• Experience with sourcing strategies and full-cycle recruiting.
• Familiar with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process from job postings to offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and employment documentation.
• Build relationships with managers to support hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment activities and maintain ATS data quality.
• Prepare job advertisements and assist with descriptions.
