Adelante Development Center, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an HR Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee support within a mission-driven organization serving the community.

You will post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate background checks, maintain HRIS data, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of HR and/or Office Administration experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Screen applicants and coordinate pre-employment and background checks.
• Schedule on-site interviews and assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.
• Maintain HRIS data and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and participate in recruitment meetings.
• Represent Adelante at job fairs and post hiring materials in the community.
