The position is hybrid, located in Midtown East with an optional Westport, CT office. Typical hours are 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, with extended availability during peak cycles and opportunities to streamline pipelines and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience managing high-volume, complex operational workflows.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition or recruiting operations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them from outreach to on-site visits and offers.
• continually evaluate talent pipelines and transform manual tasks into scalable workflows.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business units to provide operational insights and strategy.
• Manage full-lifecycle interview scheduling and campus event logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure strong candidate engagement throughout the lifecycle.
