Carrier Enterprise, a premier HVAC distributor, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Orlando with a focus on onboarding, new hire communication, and process coordination. You will support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, manage onboarding tasks, and ensure compliance across departments.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and attention to detail while partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team to source candidates and streamline hiring workflows in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HR administrative experience.
• Experience supporting HRIS/HR systems (ADP preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for applicants through pre-employment processes.
• Assist candidates with steps of hiring, interviews, and offers.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding tasks to ensure timely start dates.
• Support candidate sourcing through traditional and campus channels.
• Communicate hiring expectations to managers and ensure compliant execution.
• Utilize the HRIS to manage onboarding workflows and documentation.
• Schedule and participate in new hire orientations.
