Zusammenfassung

Wireless Vision is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding and HR processes. You will maintain confidential records, manage ATS data, assist with onboarding and coordinate HRIS movements with various departments to ensure timely follow-up and a positive employee experience.

You will partner with HR and field leadership to handle benefits enrollment, payroll-related tasks and HR reporting while maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in administrative, data entry, HRIS, ATS or employee management software.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation.
• Support full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS data, generate recruiting reports and metrics.
• Assist onboarding and ensure new-hire paperwork, I-9, E-Verify, and access setup.
• Coordinate employee movements with HRIS for promotions, transfers, terminations, and changes.
• Manage employee system access and profile updates with internal teams.
• Respond to HR requests and tickets, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll-related processes.
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide strong internal customer service.
