Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Recruiter & Business Operations Specialist to grow our federal contracting team. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding, with additional duties in government business development, proposal coordination, and day-to-day operations.

The position is primarily remote with required in-person attendance in the Arlington, VA area. U.S. citizenship is required, and the salary range is $60,000–$90,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing and screening.
• Strong written and verbal communication for candidates and partners.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and keeping records accurate.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines.
• Ability to summarize information clearly and prepare polished documents.
• Comfort with AI tools and willingness to learn new technology.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and candidate engagement from sourcing to onboarding handoff.
• Build pipelines for technical and other roles supporting federal programs.
• Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates, and liaise with leadership.
• Support government opportunity research, RFIs, and proposal staffing.
• Assist with operations, scheduling, and process improvements.
