Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Recruiter & Business Operations Specialist to grow our team and support federal programs. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while contributing to government business development and proposal coordination.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruiting, strong communication, and experience with ATS platforms. This hybrid role requires in-person support in the Arlington/Washington, DC area and is eligible for W-2 compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience with sourcing, screening and pipeline management.
• Experience supporting government programs and proposal coordination is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build pipelines for technical and cybersecurity roles for federal programs.
• Coordinate interviews, gather candidate info, and maintain records.
• Prepare candidate summaries and format resumes for staffing needs.
• Support proposal staffing, RFIs and Sources Sought responses.
