Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, representing Via Logic professionally.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and keeping records accurate and current.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities.
• Ability to summarize information clearly and prepare polished documents.
• Comfort using AI tools and willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & candidate engagement: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding.
• Build pipelines for technical, cybersecurity, and federal government roles.
• Support government business development, proposal coordination, and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with leadership and interviewers to keep hiring moving.
