• Support recruitment for select IT and technology-enabled roles as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and contract requirements.
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for federal requirements such as U.S. citizenship, background checks, and clearance eligibility.
• Ensure compliance with federal hiring standards and company policies.

• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
