Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present professionally.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities from sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build pipelines for technical and government-related roles.
• Coordinate with leadership and interviewers to move hiring.
• Prepare candidate summaries and documentation for proposals and staffing.
