Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Recruiter & Business Operations Specialist to grow our team and support federal programs. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, while also contributing to government business development, proposal staffing, and day-to-day operations.

The role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-person meetings as needed in Arlington, VA area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with hands-on sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication to represent Via Logic professionally

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from sourcing to offers and onboarding coordination.
• Build pipelines for federal government roles including IT and cybersecurity.
• Support government opportunity research, RFIs, and proposal staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Support day-to-day operations and coordination across a small team.
